Subject Revised Trading Hours - on August 14, 2000 CME Dairy Futures and Options
Effective Date 08/09/00

Effective Monday, August 14, 2000, there are new trading hours for CME Butter, Cheese, Nonfat Dry Milk, and Class IV Milk Futures and Options contracts. The details of the trading hour changes are:

  • Class IV Milk will open at 9:20 a.m.
  • Butter will open at 9:30 a.m.
  • Class III Milk, Cheese, Nonfat Dry Milk and Dry Whey will open at 9:40 a.m.

There will be no change in the 1:10 p.m. closing time for these products. The Dairy Spot Call market times are unchanged.
